Blueprint is Swire Properties’ tech focus accelerator and co-working space in Taikoo Place. He joined Swire’s Management Trainee Programme in 2010 and has worked in the Retail, Office and Investment departments within Swire Properties in Beijing and Hong Kong.

Prior to Swire, Henry worked in London for the China-Britain Business Council helping British SMEs enter the Chinese market. Within blueprint he was responsible for the operational management and ongoing development of the business. Henry is now Head of Swire Properties’ Digital Team focusing on enhancing digital communication across the business and creating more digitally immersive experiences in SPL’s retail malls.
 
Originally from London, Henry graduated from Nottingham University with a 1st class degree in History and Contemporary Chinese Studies. He has studied Mandarin for almost 9 years and can speak, read and write. In 2015, he has received an MSc in Real Estate Finance and
has been granted membership of the RICS.

Cynthia Chan 
Manager
CBRE Asia Pacific Research

Cynthia joined CBRE in May 2010 as a Senior Analyst for the Asia Pacific Research team based in Hong Kong. Promoted in 2014, she is now the team’s Office Specialist and leads 20 national level researchers covering the regional office sector. Cynthia also leads the production of CBRE research reports covering the sector and is a regular presenter at client briefings. In addition, she supports the provision of occupier strategy to CBRE’s key clients in the region.
Prior to joining CBRE, Cynthia worked as an equity analyst covering listed property companies and banks in Hong Kong and China.

Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Masters in Financial Analysis from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
