Jamie Lee

Vice President

Macquarie Capital

Jamie Lee is a Vice President at Macquarie Capital and is part of the real estate Private Capital Markets ("PCM") team in Asia based in Hong Kong. Prior to joining Macquarie, Jamie was based in San Francisco within the co-investment division of the Townsend Group, a global, multi-manager investment platform exclusively focused on real assets. Prior to that, Jamie was based in Los Angeles within the acquisitions divison of Thomas Properties Group, a full service real estate operating company focused on the development, acquisition, ownership and management of commercial properties in the United States.

 

Sung PARK

VP, Corporate Development & Investor Relations

IO Data Centers

Sung joined IO Data Centers in 2015 as VP, Corporate Development & Investor Relations and is involved in acquisitions, developments, and funds management for IO’s global platform.  Prior to IO, he was with Macquarie Capital in Singapore and Hong Kong as a Senior Vice President covering Asia real estate and with UBS Investment Bank in Hong Kong covering regional corporate finance.  Sung received a BA from the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated cum laude.

Lisa Lim

Lisa Lim has been a marketer for the past 13 years in the retail industry starting out from KFC & Pizza Hut to Starbucks Coffee and now she is in her 8th year with AsiaMalls Management as the Assistant General Manager, Group Marcom & PR.  She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications but aspires to learn something new every day because we are in the era of digital disruption, whatever that we have learned yesterday may not be relevant anymore tomorrow. 

Alisdair Gillies

Director – Retail Development and Asset Management-Asia

Colliers International

Alisdair joined Colliers earlier this year to lead a new Development and Asset Management team for South East Asia. He has been based in Singapore for 7 years and during this time has delivered projects across the region, principally for financial institutions. Alisdair’s background largely revolves around considering development feasibility, defining asset management best practice and providing value-add solutions through technical insight. Alisdair gained his bachelor’s degree at Nottingham Trent University and his master’s degree at University of Bath.
