The second ANREV Australia Seminar themed "Australia’s shifting economy and the implications for real estate investment" was successfully held in Melbourne at the Grand Hyatt Hotel. This year's seminar attracted over one hundred and thirty institutional investors and investment professionals from the international and local unlisted property fund industry. The half day seminar covered macro-economic trends, global real estate investments lessons learned and future plans; a panel of investors shared their views on alternative sectors and ANREV explained how we help investors. Finally the seminar was wrapped up by a non-real estate industry presentation on equity asset allocations. The seminar presentation files are available for members to download.
